At Community Care Homes, we aim to offer all our residents a ‘home from home', an environment where they feel comfortable and cared for and where their individual needs are understood and catered for by our staff. Our philosophy is ‘quality of care means quality of life' and in the twilight years of their life, it is important for all our residents to receive this. The individuality of each resident is respected and we provide a person-centred service, treating everyone with dignity and respect, while taking care of all they require in terms of specialist and nursing care, in a homely and friendly environment. Residents' friends and family are encouraged to visit at any time, share afternoon tea or meals with their loved ones or even stay overnight, should they desire. We also invite both residents and their families to join in our ‘Care strategy', which encourages their involvement in decisions relating to their care and ensure that our services are tailored to ensure the well-being of our residents at all times. All our homes are registered with the Care Commission Scotland. |
